Annual Meeting Reminder - Call to Action!

Good afternoon, Neighbors,

This is a gentle reminder that our annual membership meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, at the clubhouse room on property, beginning at 6 pm. As of this correspondence, we have received six total proxies from members - a far cry to achieving quorum for the meeting of 25 percent.

If you are not planning to attend the meeting, we ask that you take a moment now to complete and return the attached proxy to assist us in obtaining quorum and enabling the Association to conduct business at the meeting. Should we fail to achieve quorum, we will need to reschedule and re-notice the meeting, adding unnecessary expense.

A teleconference option is also available for the meeting; login information is found within the attached agenda.
