Good afternoon, Neighbors,
Please be advised that the pool is closed for the remainder of Monday, July 13, for maintenance. The water is being shocked with chemical which will need at least 6 hours to disburse and dissolve properly. For your safety, please stay out of the pool until opening hours Tuesday.
Additionally, the spa pump motor has seized up and will need to be replaced. Bids are being sourced now, and the Board will act swiftly to have this amenity up and running again soon. Until further notice, however, the spa is closed.
